We’ve got a new Bass Player!

Hi Everyone!

Since the news broke in February that Gary was leaving the band as the original bassist of Holly & The Woods for the past 7 years, the search started for a new bassist. We posted feeds via Facebook and Twitter and a couple of Rock Stars responded. We had our first Bassist audition on Sunday (7 April 2013) and we hit a Home Run! We didn’t even need to go further!

We’d like everyone to welcome Martin Jooste to the band! He’ll be the new bassist for Holly & The Woods and we can’t wait to play our first gig with him!

For the next month we’ll be working on the current Holly & The Woods songs with him and writing 1 or 2 new tracks and then we’ll see you back on stage in MAY!
